Returns & Refund Policy – DB Outfitters

At DB Outfitters, we take pride in offering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


General Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 15 business days from the date of purchase to request a return authorization.

  • All approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • Items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Items must not be used, installed, or modified

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and all sales are final:

  • Special order items

  • Products sold “as is” or marked “used”

  • Any item that has been installed, fired, worn, or otherwise used

  • NFA-regulated items (including but not limited to suppressors and other regulated products)

  • Illumination devices, including weapon lights and lasers

  • Electronic sights and optics

  • Ammunition


Used Firearms Policy

All used firearm sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted on used firearms

  • Firearms are sold based on available descriptions and photos

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all details prior to purchase


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt.

We will work with you to:

  • Arrange a replacement (if available), or

  • Provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within the required timeframe

  2. Provide your receipt and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization before sending any items back

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment whenever possible

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund total

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the item is received and inspected
