Order Tracking & Status

Customers can check their order status at any time through the Account Dashboard on our website. Simply log in and visit your Order History to view current updates.

If a tracking number has been issued, you will be able to view real-time shipping details and delivery progress.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Orders weighing over 50 lbs. may incur additional shipping charges
Any applicable fees will be clearly reflected in your total before checkout is completed

Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal, logistical, and compliance requirements, DB Outfitters does not ship to:

PO Boxes
APO/FPO addresses
Alaska
Hawaii
Connecticut
Puerto Rico

Suppressor Shipping Restrictions

Suppressors cannot be shipped to the following locations:

Alaska
California
Connecticut
Delaware
Hawaii
Illinois
Massachusetts
New York
New Jersey
Rhode Island

Customers are responsible for understanding all local, state, and federal laws before placing an order.

Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition must ship via ground services only
Expedited shipping is not available for ammunition orders
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing

By purchasing ammunition, you confirm that it is legal for shipment to your location.

Suppressor (NFA Item) Shipping

Orders containing suppressors will not ship until all legal requirements are fully completed, including:

Approval of the tax stamp by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
Completion of ATF Form 4473
Notification to your Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO)
Completion of the required 7-day waiting period after CLEO notification

Once approved, suppressors are shipped in a two-stage process:

From the warehouse to a licensed dealer in your state
From the licensed dealer to your residence (where permitted by law)

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available for select items at an additional cost.

Available options will be shown at checkout
Expedited services operate Monday–Friday only
Saturday delivery is not included

If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, DB Outfitters may offer free shipping promotions.

Promotions do not apply to bulk orders or expedited shipping
Minimum purchase thresholds do not include taxes or firearm processing fees

Package Protection

We offer flat-rate Package Protection for eligible orders up to $5,000.00.

This optional service provides added peace of mind in the event of loss, damage, or theft during transit.
